THE STORY:

  • Coats for Kids is a program created by Highland Park HS students, in the SM Wright Club, to give new warm coats, hope and happiness to kids in desperate need. Last year over 2,000 coats were gifted at the SM Wright Foundation’s, Christmas in the Park event. All funds raised purchase new Coats for Kids through Burlington Coat Factory’s community program and HPHS awards service hours for students.                                  
  • Give $25 gift 2 coats receive 2 service hours
  • Give $50 gift 4 coats receive 4 service hours
  • Give $75 gift 6 coats receive 6 service hours
  • Give $100 gift 8 coats receive 8 service hours
  • Give $125 gift 10 coats receive 10 service hours (Max per student)
