ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR DEVELOPMENT
To promote entrepreneurship in developing communities.
To facilitate volunteering missions focused on delivering cross-border entrepreneurial training in developing countries, contributing to the achievement of inclusive economic growth and elimination of poverty by promoting sustainable private enterprise and social enterprise.
“To obtain 12 partner regions and facilitate the mission of 100 volunteers to our partner regions by the end of the academic year 2015/2016.”
Our global online platform will provide our volunteers access to training materials and workshops, as well as a 24 hour chat and forum to promote discussions and clear doubts. The platform will also allow volunteers to locate our partner countries and choose the region where they wish to carry out their mission.
– Interactive World Map: This feature will show partner regions, location assessments, local mentor information and general information of the mission and tourist opportunities.
– Training Materials: Three workshop packs will be available for purchase on our website. EfD Premium, which is a 10-day pack, including 10 workshop powerpoints and an audio for each workshop; EfD Gold, a 20-day pack with 20 workshops and audio included for each lesson; and EfD Platinum, a 30-day pack with 30 workshops and audio for all lessons.
– Forum and Chat: This is an option which provides 24 hour contact and support from our expert entrepreneurial team in order to promote discussion and collaboration between volunteers. This is also useful to clarify any doubts that may arise regarding the workshops, training materials and mission itself.
– Entrepreneur Track Down: This feature allows volunteers to keep track of the entrepreneurs they have helped, sharing photographs and feedback on their experience.
