iChanter is a device that can link and communicate your smartphones and tablets using the internet (WiFi). It can be incorporated in many different types of toys, from plush bears to a toy trucks. The possibilities are endless! It is the perfect gift and companion for your children.
iChanter is a simple two-way communication software that allows you to have real time conversation with your children. No more staring at screens! No unexpected long distance charges! No roaming fees!
No matter where you are, and as long as there is WiFi available, you can start the conversation right away using iChanter!
Design:
We have designed a compact module that can fit into any product of choice. With our patented technology and design, iChanter will enhance the communication bond between you and your children. No distance is too great for iChanter!
For the first launch, we have incorporated iChanter in a lovely plush bear (as seen in the video). The overall size of the bear is approximately 15″x 9″x 8″ and iChanter is securely stored inside the bear’s body using a velcro closure. This plush bear is made with new velour material and is soft to the touch.
The plush bear can also be personalized. We offer an eight letter long personalized ribbon per bear. The name you choose will also be available to appear on your mobile device.
Safety
Safety is iChanter’s number one priority.
We want iChanter to be safe around children. We have done the following tests with Bureau Vertitas (BV) – a world recognized leading testing, inspection and certification company.
•Plush toy structure pull testing
•Non-toxic testing
•Bacteria testing
•Radiation testing – During data file transmission using WiFi
•Electrical testing – To ensure battery safety
iChanter has passed all of the testing with flying colors!
We need your support!
We want to create additional features for iChanter. We need better servers and resources to enhance iChanter. We do not want iChanter to be a regular run-of-the-mill messenger application!
Group Chatting:
iChanter is also capable to support group chats! We have designed iChanter to support up to 10 smart devices so your whole family can stay connected! The pairing to additional devices is very simple via iChanter’s APP. You, as the owner, can authorize who can pair with your child’s iChanter.
Singing:
Let iChanter sing with your children! iChanter will play songs from a preset list that you and your child can create together.
Story Teller:
Using the same concept as the “singing” feature, children can also listen to a preset list of bedtime stories that they adore. Your children will relive all the fairy tales that you grew up loving.
Busy Schedule?
We understand today’s parents all have busy schedules and may not be able to chat with their children. With this in mind, we have added a pre-recorded and timed messaging function. You and other authorized group chat members can set a specific time to deliver a voice message to your child. It could be a reminder message, or a simple, “Good night!”
Existing Messaging APPs?
The iChanter team understands the inconvenience of operating a new APP on your smartphone or tablet. We are also working on our software to pair with many popular messaging APPs in the market such as:

Risks and challenges
Software development is the main focus in developing iChanter. It is important that we can continuously upgrade and providing more features with iChanter. We need your support to bring in more resources.
In order to build up iChanter’s “story telling” and “Sing along” selection library. iChanter needs to purchase rights and royalty for copyrights. Again, it is a lengthy process and requires a lot of support from backers!
